Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef
2 packages burrito seasoning
8 8 inch flour or corn tortillas, warmed
2 cups shredded lettuce

2 cups tomatoes fresh diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2cups chopped olives

2 cups Salsa



Cooking Directions

Sauté ground beef in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat 7-8 minutes, breaking up meat, until browned and cooked throughout. Stir in seasoning and divide into tortillas. Fill with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes & olives. Roll up and serve with salsa!
